Playback transforms audience member’s true personal stories into theatre pieces on the spot using spoken improvisation, movement and ritual. In this introductory workshop participants will experience warm up games, short forms and story improvisation techniques that capture the essence of this unique interactive art form. Facilitated by members of the Bay Area Playback Theatre company this promises to be a fun, challenging, enriching and meaningful experience that can lead to a regular class and consideration as a future company member.
